The Quinceanera Guide For Invitations, Dresses and All About Sweet 15, Quince Anos

Everybody seems to like the following invitation wording for quinceanera:

Also many people like to add to their quinceanera invitations the specific lunch hours like:  Comida de 6 p.m a 9 p.m.  this can be added at the very end of the invitation.  I also have seen messages like:  Vestir Formal which translates to: Formal Attire  which means for the most hispanic community, no tennis shoes or shorts.

How many invitations to order?

Always multiple your total invitations by 3.  If you give 100 invitations, you will have 300 guests, so be prepared to feed them all.

The time has arrived to make your guest list, who are you inviting?
Many things comes into sonsideration, the size of the recepcion site., the budget of the party and others.
The first thing to do is to ask your parents is how many guests are gonna be invited to our quince anos party.
You can invite many people, but always remember to invite those whom are important to you.
Write down a list of all your closest relatives, school friends, padrinos, and friends of your parents.  Order you invitations with plenty of time in adavance.
The list is gonna multiple quickly, have fun and order 25 extra invitations just in case.

When it comes to your quinceanera invitations, time is your only friend. Order them with plenty of time in advance.  2 to 3 months.  Don’t wait till you have your padrinos list complete.  If you want to include your padrinos on your invitations, you can print a separate sheet of paper and include it later on your invitation.  If for some reason you don’t order your invitations early then tell the invitation store to pay for fast shipping,  of course you will have to pay for those extra charges.  This feee varies from 20 to 80 dollars.   If the invitations are being produced locally  and manually then you might have a faster production time if you ask for it. Quinceanera Invitations with Photo

Do you want your quinceanera invitations with or without your photo? Many quinceaneras even put their dresses on and take their picture for the invitations.  Many quinceaneras don’t want to show the dress before the actual sweet 15 party.   I have seen invitations with the pictures of the chambelanes, of course these are home made invitations.  This looks cool but takes more work, but not impossible.

This is the most used verse for your quinceanera invitations .  So another question that girls have is, Do we put the two last names.  Many quinceaneras just put one, but it is up to you and your parents.  On some invitations even the last name is left out, so basically anything goes.

Always double check the wording of your quinceanera invitations.  Some times the error is in your own name, and you don’t even see it.  If possible write the wording in a sheet of paper and double check it, also give the paper to someone else to also double check it.  Make sure you take your time to write the info of your invitation with a writing that other people will understand.  If you have an ugly writing, give it to somebody else.   Also a good rule of thunb for ordering your quinceanera invitations is that you have to make the order with at least 2 months in advance, sometimes  things go wrong, and as I have said before, time is your only friend.

Traditional Quinceanera Invitations

These are your traditional quinceanera invitations.  Very versatile because the paper itself does not have any colors, therefore all you have to do is change the font or lettering color to  match your theme color.  Also this style has two panels for your information.  For those moms or quinceaneras new to buying quinceanera invitations, remember that the reception cards and lined envelopes are extra.  Lined envelopes are those envelopes with an extra piece of paper inside to make them look more elegant. The invitaton above has a pink lined envelope. Lined envelopes are usually an extra $15 dollars per 100.  Reception cards cost around $70 dollars extra per 100 for this type of invitation.
