It seems it is an easy question but I’ve seen many quinces ruined becuase of bad time planning.  The quinceanera should do their hairstyle first, don’t do the damas or mom’s or the tias or sobrinas.  This is why it is important to know how many minutes or hours it takes to do your hairstyle so you can plan ahead.   If you don’t follow this rule, you will end up 15 minutes before the church service starts wihout make up or hairstyle, and on top of that it takes your limo 30 minutes to get there, meaning you will be at least 45 minutes late with a bad make up and very ugly sad face on your video and pics.

This all comes down to as early as possible but not too early too.  The video guys will not be there at 6 am, since they have to video tape all day, unless you’re paying a little extra. And this is another point where you can save on your video price, all you have to do is plan ahead.
