Yes, you pay more for experience, just like in any other profession. The new guys will charge less but will usually employ cheaper equipment or even lack some equipment, and most of all the experience, experienced guys will grab that special momment or even will make it happen. Sometimes for new guys is hard to master shooting and editing, since they’re too different animals.

Number of Professionals

If you hire a company that is made out of one one guy that shoots video and takes pictures by himself, then you will probably get a lower price but video taping and taking pictures is a job for at least two people. Many companies that want to offer a nice price and an ok video, hire a helper for photography, since hiring another professional is more expensive. Hiring these companies will probably save you money but again you get what you pay for, and sometimes the companies with more experience will do a decent job.

There are some locations that require at least two cameras, but a video production with two cameras is more expensvie since editing is longer and there is an extra camera guy the company has to pay. This is only for video, since photographers usually don’t need another helper.

Pre Photo or Video Session – Will take place before the main date, these photos will be used to make sure you have a nice photo session, just in case there is no time on your main date, these galleries will also enhance your video.
Photo Montage - A montage can be made from your child pictures or pre photo session, it can be presented the day of your quince too.
Video Projection – A photo montage can be projected the day of your quince.
Photo Poster - A large poster usually placed at the entrance.
Photo Album – A nice large photo album created with the best looking pictures of your party, many sizes available.
Extra Videos - It is always nice to give away a free video to family and padrinos.
Mini Photo Studio - A portable photo studio placed on your reception hall for you and your guest to get a nice looking picture.
